HSP (Handrails - Stairs – Platforms) - The handrails, stairs and platforms systems that MACH FTD provides, consist in a variety of standard components, with multiple configuration possibilities. The structural elements of the fences can be assembled according to the characteristics of each application. The configuration of the HSP systems provided by MACH FTD is flexible and available both in fixed, as well as in mobile versions, designed to provide maximum stability.
For the platform systems with widths lower than 1500 mm, it is required the installation of a handrail along the stairways, on the right descending side. The wider systems require 2 protection handrails. Also, the angle of inclination of the stairways is variable, depending on their application: standard 30°, 35°, and for the higher areas that are seldomly accessed, platforms with a greater angle can be configured.
Standard components:
- Pols – support (with adjustable height)
- Handrails
- Connectors: mounting plates, fixing slots, fittings, angular connectors
- Support elements: adjustable feet (PVC/ Aluminum), rollers, gripping fastening elements - to the floor)
Additional components:
- Aluminum brackets for large surfaces
- Structural elements – T-slotted
- Roller system
- Angular fastening system
Achievable types of applications:
- Access platforms for different areas of the production unit
- Bridges, passageways and stairways leading to higher working levels or passing over the equipment
- Adjustable stairs for different height levels
- Platforms for accessing the special machines
- Systems for the efficient bypassing of the functioning equipment
Benefits:
- Simple reconfiguration, in case of a space redesigning
- Wide range of standard components for each application sector
- Stairs and platforms with rubbed, non-slipping surface
- Easy to assemble and adjust
- The profiles allow the installation of the electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic lines
- A minimum execution time range between the designing and the installation
- Resistance to corrosion and to the action of the chemical agents
- Reduction of the risks of accidents in the production areas
- Meeting of both national as well as international quality standards, including the standards of the pharmaceutical industry
