The CRIMA SUN is the only wrapping ma-chine capable of 5 DIFFERENT working positions.Our patented rotating system make the Crima SUN the most versatile wrapping machine on the market today: couple it with our optionals and you will have unmatched performances.
PACKAGING SPEED: 20/25 BAGS PER MINUTE
It can work in all desired positions: from 0 to 180 degrees.
Structure on wheels: parts in contact with the product in stainless steel AISI 304.
Three pairs of wheels - one heated. Electric asynchronous motor movement.
Transversal welding unit (cutters) in surface treated aluminum and chrome-plated steel. Guillotine knife for a clean and safe cut. Electric brushless motor. No lubrication required; gearboxes are watertight and do not need periodic maintenance.
Single Phase power supply and no need of compressed air for easier positioning.
Swinging Touch Screen Panel to set and store all the parameters: speed, envelope length, temperature, working mode, welding time, cycle start delay, etc.
Usable films: heat-sealable such as polypropylene, polythene, micro-perforated, laminated, laminated, co-extruded, etc.
