Mach FTD company introduces the Relax program, which represents a new approach to printing solutions by providing equipment with all-inclusive services. This program is designed by our team for companies that wish to outsource their services and focus their financial resources on production. The Relax option is designed for Domino brand equipment, featuring various inscription methods: inkjet, thermal ink, thermal transfer and labelling. This program also includes accessories and applications, maintenance, and consumables (spare parts, filters, inks, ribbons, labels, printheads, etc.).

Through this program, the customer enjoys a range of benefits: financial (an All-in-One financial approach, accurate cost budgeting, reduced rates upon contract extension, low initial investment); logistical benefits (timely delivery of consumables based on monitored usage); technical and operational benefits (technical warranty throughout the contract period, technical support provided through remote assistance, periodic visits from service engineers, permanent phone assistance); management benefits (production-related statistics, internal resource optimization).

At the end of the contractual period, the following options are available: contract extension based on the same equipment, extension based on new equipment, or optionally, purchasing the used equipment at market price after a prior technical evaluation, as well as purchasing new equipment.
